Terms and Conditions

Hard Rock Cafe All Access membership card is not a credit card. Cardholder, by accepting receipt of the All Access Card issued by Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc., agrees to the following:
  • Cardholder shall be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein or in any Hard Rock Cafe All Access notifications, updates on hardrock.com, and/or by all applicable laws. All interpretations of program Terms and Conditions and benefits shall be the sole discretion of Hard Rock Cafe.
  • Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to modify the Hard Rock Cafe All Access program reward structure, benefits, awards, the Terms and Conditions, and may terminate the program at any time without advanced notice.
  • Membership Benefits include:
  • For All Access Memberships purchased in company-owned Hard Rock Cafes or Rock Shops or online at www.hardrock.com, $20 in All Access Rewards will be added to the Cardholder’s All Access account for every $200 spent on food, nonalcoholic beverages or merchandise (excludes taxes and gratuity) in participating company-owned Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops. Food, nonalcoholic beverages or merchandise purchases at participating franchise-owned Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops will not count toward All Access Rewards, instead the Cardholder will be entitled to a 10% discount on food, nonalcoholic beverages or merchandise (excludes taxes and gratuity) in participating franchised-owned Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops.
  • For All Access Memberships purchased in participating franchise-owned Hard Rock Cafes or Rock Shops, the Cardholder will be entitled to a 10% discount on food, nonalcoholic beverages or merchandise (excludes taxes and gratuity) in all participating Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops (company-owned or franchise-owned).
  • For a listing of participating Company-Owned and Franchise-Owned Hard Rock Cafes/Rock Shops/Hotels & Casinos, please see the end of these Terms and Conditions.
  • First available preferred seating at participating Hard Rock Cafes
  • 10% discount on purchases made at Hard Rock’s online Rock Shop
  • Welcome gift, early check-in, late check-out, and room upgrade when available at participating Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos, subject to All Access membership being presented at time of making reservations.
  • 10% sleeping room discount at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotels and Casinos in Tampa and Hollywood, Florida. Discount cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion. Hotel discount is subject to availability. In addition, purchases made within Seminole Hard Rock Hotel properties are not eligible for membership benefits unless otherwise noted in the list of participating locations.
  • Membership benefits are valid only at participating Hard Rock Cafes, Rock Shops, Hard Rock Hotels, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos.
  • For a limited time, in participating Hard Rock Cafes and Rock Shops in the United States, new All Access membership kits will come with an invitation for a twelve (12) issue subscription to Rolling Stoneฎ magazine valued at USD$9.95. New All Access members will need to visit www.hardrock.com/all-acceess to receive further details on the subscription and rebate details, including how to decline said offer. Said offer is only available to U.S. residents.
  • Membership benefits have no cash value, may not be redeemed for cash and are not transferable unless otherwise notified in writing.
  • All Access account balances are held in US Dollars ($). All Access Spend tracking and Reward redemptions outside the US are subject to a currency exchange rate set by Hard Rock Cafe International (USA) once per year.
  • Only one award, benefit, discount, offer or promotion can be redeemed or accumulated per visit unless otherwise stated in writing. Purchases made using other discounts or promotions are not eligible for All Access Spend tracking or Rewards redemption.
  • Any unauthorized use of coupons, certificates, member benefits or vouchers such as illegal, fraudulent or any activity inconsistent with Hard Rock Cafe All Access program Terms and Conditions shall result in the termination of the Cardholder’s membership.
  • Hard Rock Cafe is not responsible for the interpretation by its employees of the All Access Terms and Conditions or program procedures or benefits. In the event of any conflict, the most recent Hard Rock Cafe All Access program notification(s) and/or this agreement (as modified) shall control.
  • If Cardholder does not use the card in association with a purchase from one of the above listed Cafes for a period of twenty-four (24) months, the membership will be declared inactive. If cardholder does not notify Hard Rock Cafe Customer Care within 60 days of the mailing date of the initial cancellation/inactive notice, the inactive card will be terminated. All Access benefits will end and be forfeited upon this termination. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to notify Hard Rock Cafe if the Cardholder’s contact information changes.
  • Only one card is issued per Hard Rock Cafe All Access member. The Hard Rock Cafe All Access program is for individual use only. Membership benefits and awards may not be accumulated for a business entity.
  • Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to charge a fee for replacement cards in the event Cardmember’s Card is lost or stolen.
  • All Access Cards and benefits cannot be used for groups larger than twenty (20), restaurant buyouts or special events.
  • Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to audit any membership account at any time.
  • Specific states and Hard Rock Cafe units may have additional restrictions and rules that apply.
  • Employees of Hard Rock Cafe, their affiliated companies, parents and subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and their immediate families and members of their households, are not eligible to participate.
  • Hard Rock Cafe is not liable for typographical, computer or point of sale errors.
  • To join the Hard Rock Cafe All Access program, no purchase is necessary, but a non-refundable membership fee may be required.
  • Hard Rock Cafe reserves the right to substitute welcome package components with items of equal value.
  • Hotel room upgrades are subject to availability at time of hotel check-in and are applicable at the Hard Rock Bali, Orlando, Macau, Pattaya, and Penang Hotel locations. Hotel upgrades are subject to blackout periods and not available in conjunction with other discounts and promotions. All Access members must provide All Access membership information and request an upgrade at hotel check-in. Where applicable, upgrades are limited to the next category of room booked. Upgrades are not available on Club Level rooms and suites at the Hard Rock Hotel Orlando.

  • Membership benefits including the tracking of Spend and redemption of Rewards, is not applicable on Alcoholic Beverages, Gift Cards, Charity Items, Compact Disks (CD) or Digital Video Disks (DVD).
  • It is the responsibility of the Cardholder to notify Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. of address changes. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not responsible for undelivered or delayed mail.
  • An All Access card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to receive reward benefits. Benefits cannot be guaranteed if the membership card information is not recorded at the time of purchase.
  • However, at Hard Rock Cafe’s discretion, purchases made by credit card may be eligible for benefits for up to one year after original transaction date by entering detailed receipt information and credit card verification information online at www.hardrock.com. Purchases made with any other form of payment, including cash, cannot be validated and therefore will not be eligible for membership benefits.
  • Purchases made prior to obtaining an All Access membership are not eligible for reward benefits.
  • Membership benefits and discounts are not valid for purchases on www.hardrock.com unless specifically stated.
  • Membership discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion.
  • Franchisees participate in the All Access Program at their sole discretion. Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. is not responsible for any franchisee's participation in or withdrawal from the All Access Program. Furthermore, Hard Rock Cafe International (USA), Inc. shall not be liable for any alterations or irregularities in any franchisee's implementation of the All Access Program.
